Kaspersky 附屬工具及操作說明

適用於以下產品：

• Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0 (version 7.0.0.119)
• Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 (version 7.0.0.119)
• Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 MP2 (builds 6.0.2.614, 6.0.2.621)
• Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 MP2 (builds 6.0.2.614, 6.0.2.621)
• Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations MP2 (version 6.0.2.678)
• Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers MP2 (version 6.0.2.678)

當安裝完卡巴斯基6.0或7.0版本之後可能會遭遇系統當機或卡巴斯基防毒無法動作的情況，例如在安裝完畢之後的電腦開機或是程式啟動之後。這可能是由於 卡巴斯基6.0版本與安裝在您電腦中的軟體所使用之驅動程式產生衝突。假使一經啟動就發生當機，解決的最佳方法就是收集卡巴斯基6.0版或7.0版相關的 紀錄檔案。

使用步驟：
1.點此下載檔案kavlog7.zip

2.雙擊kavlog7.zip執行解壓縮後執行kavlog7.exe

3.選擇所要搜集紀錄的等級，預設選Notify (500)

4.點選Comp.來啟用追蹤指定的物件(如下)

I.AVEngine - work of the program "engine"
II.BL - business logic
III.File Monitor -File Monitor
IV.GUI - graphic user interface
V.Licensing - program licensing
VI.On-Demand Scan - the On-Demand Scan task
VII.PDM - proactive defense run under the OS Windows XP and below
VIII.PDM2 - proactive defense run under Windows Vista
IX.Process Monitor - monitor which traces work of the OS processes
X.Scheduler - working schedule of the program components and tasks
XI.Task Manager - working manager of the program components and tasks

選擇需要物件後可在Level中設定追蹤此物件的等級，選擇完按下OK。如不變更等級，使用Default按下OK跳出直接點選Turn trace on開始

請注意：聯繫技術部門時必須提供所使用的搜尋等級。如不變更等級，建議使用Notify (500)直接操作。

5.點選Turn trace on 開始搜尋

6.按下Send to KL(via ftp)，接收所蒐集的紀錄檔案

7.填入SRF號碼(可以省略)到步驟8

PS：此SRF號碼為使用者必須到http://www.kaspersky.com/helpdesk.html做填寫使用時候發生的問 題以及授權金鑰然後將會得到1組號碼(9位數)後就可以上傳有問題的檔案或是在整個網頁的下面有ftp://xxxxxxx+1組號碼(9位數) 使用者可以自己上傳檔案上去

8.如果選擇不輸入SRF可以直接點選cancel後選擇Yes另存檔案

9.完成將追蹤檔案傳送至技術部門之後，請點選Turn trace off關閉程式，以免程式持續搜集紀錄造成硬碟空間不足。務必要確定狀態是 Trace is now off

10.可將檔案另存在桌面以及在以下預設路徑資料夾內會產生收集紀錄的壓縮檔案。而所產生的檔案均為文字文件，檔名為產品版本-產生時間-隨機編號

卡巴斯基 6.0版本預設儲存路徑：

• Windows Vista作業系統下的C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\ 資料夾內
• Windows XP作業系統下的C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\ 資料夾內
• Windows 2000作業系統下的 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINNT\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\ 資料夾內
• Windows NT作業系統下的C:\WINNT\Profiles\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6 資料夾內
• Windows 98 and Windows ME作業系統下的 C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6 資料夾內

卡巴斯基 7.0版本預設儲存路徑：

• Windows Vista作業系統下的C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\ 資料夾內
• Windows XP作業系統下的 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\ 資料夾內
• Windows 2000作業系統下的 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINNT\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\ 資料夾內
• Windows NT作業系統下的 C:\WINNT\Profiles\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP7 資料夾內
• Windows 98 and Windows ME 作業系統下的C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP7 資料夾內

PS：在某些 Windows Vista, Windows XP and Windows 2000 作業系統下，原始預設路徑資料夾可能被以隱藏方式留存，可以執行以下步驟將其開啟。

• 由開始→設定→控制台→資料夾選項→檢視
• 進階設定視窗中的隱藏檔案或資料夾圈選顯示所有的檔案資料夾按下確定即可
