Kaspersky® Anti-Virus for Microsoft ISA Server 使用多種功能有效地保護了通過ISA服務器傳輸的數據.可以過濾通過 HTTP 和 FTP 傳輸的數據.可以從數據流和掃瞄過程中分離出危險對象.

自動配置
MS ISA 服務器可以運行三種模式:防火牆、代理或二者兼顧。卡巴斯基反病毒軟件自動檢測處於哪種模式並按需進行過濾設置.
其它掃瞄參數
可以通過設置其它參數提高掃瞄速度:
- 識別確定安全的服務器,從這些服務器接收的數據不會被掃瞄.
- 指定排除監控的對象
- 為數據掃瞄設置時間範圍,數據傳送期間的最大間隔.
- 設置收集的數據量,並且在傳送到最終用戶前通過卡巴斯基反病毒軟件進行分析.
服務器負載均衡
通過多個反病毒引擎同時運行實現服務器負載均衡.默認模式下,程序運行4個反病毒引擎,掃瞄較大數據流量並不會影響ISA服務器性能.
管理
由於該產品的管理與用於Microsoft的相似，管理者很容易熟悉它的管理。
方便靈活管理管理者能夠通過安裝服務器上的Microsoft管理控制台或者遠程工作站來配置該程序。
通知報告系統ISA服務器通知工具和MS ISA服務器警報能夠運用不同方式通知管理者有關安裝於MS ISA服務器上的卡巴斯基反病毒程序在操作中的重大事件。有關卡巴斯基反病毒操作的重要信息同時也記錄在Windows系統和應用程序日誌參數中。
